REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all of our products are custom-made on demand specifically for you, we have the following policy:
Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us at UNIFIEDAMERICA@OUTLOOK.COM within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Custom/Personalized Items All of our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at UNIFIEDAMERICA@OUTLOOK.COM with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds If your refund request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
